Take Highway 41 North.  Take CR-OO E via Exit 139.  Turn right onto Bluemound Drive.  At second set of stoplights turn left onto Tri-Park Way.  This street will curve to the right.  The clinic is a white building on the right side.  We are directly across from the VA Medical Clinic.

From East Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton

Turn right onto Bluemound Drive.  At first stoplight turn right onto Tri-Park Way.  This street will curve to the right.  The clinic is a white building on the right side.  We are directly across from the VA Medical Clinic.

From West Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton

Turn left onto Bluemound Drive.  At first stoplight turn right onto Tri-Park Way.  This street will curve to the right.  The clinic is a white building on the right side.  We are directly across from the VA Medical Clinic.
